Aisha, 31, developed her skills in fault diagnosis, device repair and customer service through specialised training and hands-on experience. The idea for the centre emerged from her observation that many women were looking for a repair service where they could feel comfortable and trust that their personal data would be handled confidentially. During the start-up phase, limited funding restricted her ability to purchase equipment and spare parts and to fit out the premises. SheLeads helped Aisha transform her idea into a more structured business, prepare a business plan, and strengthen her financial, administrative and marketing knowledge.

The centre provides fault diagnosis, repairs and parts replacement, software installation and data-transfer services. It also plans to offer technical training specifically designed for women. The business is registered and generates revenue, which has increased by 20% to 40%. Following the programme, it recruited four people, bringing the total team to six members. Aisha aims to complete the centre’s equipment, expand its range of services, train more women and eventually open additional branches.
